La buena noticia es que estas habilidades se pueden adquirir. Si est\u00e1s en esta situaci\u00f3n, el primer paso es aceptarlo. Luego, busca preparaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n para adquirir herramientas que te permitan manejar y desarrollar mejor a tus equipos.
